Week 1 of 26

Monday-Off

Tuesday- Total time 34 minutes
Workout 24 minutes 1:30 run 1:30 walk
Distance: 2 miles
This was my first run after taking a week off trying to recoup from a sinus infection. It felt good. I ran my 1:30 pretty fast. But not too fast that I couldn't recover in the walk.

Wednesday - Off

Thursday- Total time 28 minutes
Workout 18 minutes 2:00 run 1:00 walk
Distance: little less than 2
It was so hot!!! My legs began to tighten and cramp. I was not quite mentally ready for this workout tonight. Just too much going on. Glad I did it but didn't feel like I put 100% into it.

Friday- Cross Training-Biking
Total time 32 minutes
Distance approx 4.5 miles
Bike ride was great! I kept a great pace and really enjoyed the breeze. It was a really hot night so running would have been out of the question. Legs felt great after workout.

Saturday Mommy/wife duties called so I didn't get to workout tonight

Sunday- Total time 43 minutes
Workout intervals
Distance 3 miles
I got up before church and ran. Man is it different running in the mornings. I am somewhat used to running in the evenings. I did my 3 miles but thought I could have done it better. It is just stupid hot out there!!!


Late in the evening I walked 20 minutes with Abbie
